Craftsmanship Real Vs Sup-Clone
On the genuine model, the bezel and case back are crafted from red quartz fiber; this material is created by layering silica fibers—each no thicker than 45 microns—in an interlaced pattern, impregnating them with red resin, and then forging the composite under heat and high pressure at 120°C. This process yields a pure, highly saturated red hue, while the resulting carbon fiber pattern—reminiscent of Damascus steel—is unique to every individual watch. The case middle is constructed from a composite of red quartz fiber and carbon fiber.
For this top replica, we incorporate fiberglass by blending premium cool-toned fiberglass with a specially formulated red resin. Utilizing a high-pressure lamination process, hundreds of layers of black carbon fiber are stacked—alternating between 45-degree and 90-degree orientations—alongside the red pigment and fiberglass. The assembly is then cured in a high-temperature, high-pressure autoclave to form a solid, monolithic block. The material boasts an authentic red hue and achieves over 90% fidelity to the genuine article; it is far removed from low-end replicas produced via simple plastic injection molding.

The genuine model features Grade 5 titanium components and high-tech quartz fiber, both of which have extremely low density, resulting in a weight of approximately 120g–130g. In contrast, this top-tier replica weighs around 150g because fiberglass—used instead of quartz fiber—has a higher density; notably, the replica achieves this 150g weight by avoiding the use of any steel. Meanwhile, low-end replicas typically weigh over 180g, making them nearly as heavy as steel watches.
